:: Bearings
- Deep groove ball bearings, heavy duty with ample factor of safety to withstand radial
& thrust loads. Grease cups are provided for proper lubrication of bearings.

:: Bearing Pedestal
- Robust & sturdy design having ample strength carries the shaft, ball bearing &
gun metal sleeve forming a rigid support to the pump.

:: Base Plate
- The cast-iron base plates are accurately machined on the top. They are provided with the
lugs having drilled holes.

:: Impellers
- The impellers are made of close grained cast iron, designed for high suction lift.
Accurately balanced, single suction, enclosed type impeller having smooth interior
passages for frictionless flow, ensures perfect functioning of the pump.

:: Shaft
- The shaft is manufactured from special grade steel, accurately machined, ground finished
to close limits to ensure long life of bearings. It is of ample size to transmit the
maximum torque without undue strain or deflection.

:: Stuffing Box
- Our pumps have deep stuffing box for accomodation sufficient gland packing which
prevents air leakage and ensures high suction lift. The lantern ring in between the rows
of gland packing keeps the shaft cool.

:: Volute Casing
- The volute casing is made of close grained high tensile cast iron. Scientifically
designed, one piece or vertically split volute type casing ensures smooth flow with
gradual change in velocity. It is sufficiently strong to withstand the working pressure as
well as water hammering.

:: Testing
- The centrifugal pump is thoroughly tested for hydrostatic test. Modern quality control
methods are applied to ensure highest grade manufacturing. For specified performance,
pumps are tested as per IS 6595 (Part-1).

- Efficient after sale service is provided through dealer's network and all spare parts
are made readily available at fixed rates.
