- Physical test facilities include Hardness Testor (Metal), Mould Hardness Testor and Core
(Scratch Hardness Testor).

- Instant Electronic CE Meter coupled with computer for complete molten metal analysis.

- Measuring surface plates and other measuring equipments like height guage, vernier
caliper etc. are used for checking patterns at regular intervals.
